Return/Exchange Policy

Custom Orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All purchases made with any custom measurements are FINAL SALE non-refundable.


Returns are accepted for store credit only. 

If your item is showing any signs of defects or you received the wrong item, notify us within 10 days so we can arrange for a return and a replacement. Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

To start a return, reach out to hargandenim@gmail.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return. 

*** Returned items are subject too fees if received showing signs of wear.

*** Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Exchanges.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to us, we’ll cover shipping the second item back to you.

Exchanges work the same as a new order and get put back into the line once the old item is received. We ask for 14-16 processing days as all orders are made-to-order, in the order they come in. Orders ship within 24-48 hours after finished. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. Notify us within 10 days so we can arrange for an exchange. RECEIVING A REFUND

Once your item has arrived to us, please allow an additional 7 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified with a store credit or an email for a rejected return. If you are not notified, please reach out to us.

Refunds do not include any shipping charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
